Police obtained a seven-day remand order for the four male suspects to facilitate investigations. The four suspects, aged between 27 and 33, were picked up by members of a task force at various locations in Shah Alam to facilitate investigations into Nurin’s brutal death.
The fifth suspect, a pregnant woman, has been released after police recorded her statement.
The four men were earlier taken to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital where they underwent physical check-up before being taken to the Petaling Jaya Magistrate Court.
The Criminal Scene Investigation (CSI) team also went to a single-storey terrace house in Taman Kampung Kuantan in Klang, before proceeding to a double-storey shophouse in Section 7 in Shah Alam.
The Klang address belongs to the couple detained while the shophouse is where they run their textile business.
